Nest (Winter Savings)

BRIEF

Nest needed an animation to be played in-store at Best Buy to advertise their partnership with ComEd.

IDEATION

Questions I asked were:

• Does tinting the windows add or take away from the composition?

• Should the Nest Thermostats / $100 Rebate animate?

• Should the Nest Thermostats be in the same style as the rest of the piece?

STYLE DECISIONS

The line drawings animating outward in the beginning and animating inward at the end of the video created a visually appealing way to close the loop of the story.
